Job Description
We are looking for an intelligent, persuasive, and confident candidate to join our company as a sales representative. Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell health tech software and products to healthcare professionals across the country. You will develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, educate them about the benefits and value of the company's products, ensuring product uptake and growth of our business. You will closely interact with internal and external customers to drive adoption and usage across the network.

Responsibilities
​
Sales Management and Promotion:
​

Drive revenue growth by conducting sales calls, performing product training and visiting existing customers and potential prospects to promote new customer sign-ups with an overall target of growing our provider network to 10,000 locations

Analyze territory data, including prescribing patterns and competitor activities, to identify growth opportunities for the company products.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to profit margins by identifying new business opportunities and closing accounts across the country

Carry out campaigns associated with prospecting, managing a sales process, and securing commercial agreements with newly acquired customers.

Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer visits across the country

Utilize CRM software(HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports that contribute to revenue forecasting and territory planning.
Growth & Relationship Building:

Contribute to the growth of the company by exceeding baseline sales targets and expanding product usage parameters across the country

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, support sales initiatives and foster customer retention through exceptional service
Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and uses of the company products being promoted.

Stay informed about the latest healthcare research, studies, and publications relevant to the products.

Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge through clear explanations of the functionalities and use cases to customers in a clear and understandable manner

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and territory management skills.

Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activities.

Compliance and Ethics:

Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Ensure compliance with regulations related to promotional activities, including documentation and reporting.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and customer data demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, life sciences, or healthcare.

Previous experience in company sales or a related field preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and influence others.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of company products and healthcare industry regulations.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of personas in the Sales process, leading to a better understand the needs and wants of your customers
Additional Requirements:

Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends for meetings, events, or customer engagements.
