ABOUT US – FOUNDERS
Dr. John Muthee
John is a graduate of the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Driven by a great interest in socio-economic development, he is the founder of Corporate Social Responsibility Africa, a continental online daily profiling Africa’s corporate sustainability scene. He is a Medical Doctor, with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from Kenya’s University of Nairobi and has invaluable clinical experience having worked at the Armed Forces Memorial Hospital.
He has also served as Program Manager for Equity Bank’s Equity African Leaders Program, which has benefitted over 1,500 University students with scholarships, leadership and entrepreneurship training. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Women Institute for Science, Education and Research (www.wisergirls.org). Dr. Justus Kilonzi Paul
Justus trained as a medical doctor at the University of Nairobi, Kenya where he was the University’s Valedictorian for the class of 2007 with a Bachelor of Science, First Class Honors. He thereafter obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degrees in 2010 at the same university. He then proceeded to the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University in North Carolina, USA where he obtained a Master in Management and Clinical informatics (MMCi) in 2011.
During this time he interned with Verizon Connected Healthcare and ClinPharm consulting in their strategy development. Justus has a passion for helping organizations realize value by adopting innovative solutions and implementing best business practices. His interests lie in strategy, health insurance, big data analytics, business process improvement and health information technology. Paul Collins Mutinda
Paul holds a B.Com in Finance (Hons) from Kenyatta University, and a CPA earned at Strathmore University. His passion is in utilizing technology and informatics to reengineer the business operations and processes. His career to date has seen him work in operational roles at a leading civil engineering firm and at a large bank, before leaving to co-found a business IT consultancy. His experience has exposed him to the “blunt side” of most corporate operations, and given him a unique view of the operational efficiencies that can be realized through IT. Dr. Ngure Nyaga
Ngure is a medical doctor and an accomplished technologist. He has been a co-founder at Hyperion Consulting Limited (a business and technology consulting firm) and now serves as the Technical Director at Savannah Informatics.
